For our international orders, our typical shipping timeframe falls within 5-18 business days from the fulfillment date. Once your order is dispatched, you'll promptly receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. This tracking number provides you the convenience of monitoring your shipment directly through our website.
Our order processing generally takes 1-3 business days. Since we collaborate with global merchants and expert handmade artisans, your order originates from various locations across the world. In cases where you purchase multiple items, it's worth noting that you might receive them in more than one package.
We offer two distinct shipping options for each order:
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping is available for both domestic and international orders through USPS or FedEx, depending on your location. Please note that standard shipping doesn't include additional order insurance or warranties. However, both USPS and FedEx offer insurance for shipped orders. If a delivery error occurs, you'd need to file a claim directly with USPS or FedEx for compensation.
Premium Shipping: Our premium shipping, accessible for both domestic and international orders via USPS or FedEx, includes our insurance package. If any issues arise during the delivery process, we manage the claim process with USPS or FedEx on your behalf. Losses are promptly addressed through either reshipment or a refund, depending on the order's circumstances and at our discretion.
